THE ROLE
The Corporate team handles a wide range of corporate transactions for an equally wide range of clients in various market sectors.
The work traditionally focuses on mid-market deals and the department has the breadth and depth of experience to handle larger transactions.
Core specialisms within the Corporate team include M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Capital Markets and The Takeover Code, Banking & Finance, Joint Ventures, Reorganisations and Structuring.

The ideal candidate will be a Corporate lawyer 4PQE+, with a broad range of corporate experience from a top City or west end firm.
