Conveyancing Legal Secretary
A fantastic opportunity with a Law Firm based in Blackpool, they are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their successful team.
You must be an experienced Legal Secretary, who has previously worked in a Conveyancing department. You must also have experience of general secretarial duties, such as audio/copy typing, diary management, liaising on the telephone with all relevant parties and typing accurately at a good speed.
In order to be successful in obtaining this fantastic Conveyancing Legal Secretary opportunity you must be familiar with the process of dealing with stamp duty land tax returns, and the use of the Land Registry portal.
The salary for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary role is dependent upon your previous Conveyancing experience.
