This newly created private client position will suit a solicitor who is looking to make a step up to a commercial focused firm that offers high quality and specialist advice to HNW clients.

Key areas of work in this private client solicitor position will include trusts and wills. inheritance tax planning, tax relief advice along with Lasting Power of Attorney/ Court of Protection on issues relating to mental capacity.
