Commercial Property Partner – Manchester

My client is a national law practice operating from offices all over the UK and they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor in their Manchester offices.

Their busy property department looking for a skilled solicitor to join their team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be able to confidently use a case management system, deal with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and Landlord and tenant matters for commercial and corporate clients and will be able to build rapport with existing and new clients. It is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking to develop their career.

Working in the team will see you handle the commercial property life-cycle, from acquisition and development through to asset management and disposal and everything in between.

The team acts for a broad spectrum of clients ranging from developers, investors to local authorities, charities, health care organisations and business occupiers.

The team specialise in secured lending, property acquisitions and disposals including property due diligence and real estate finance, property/portfolio management work, and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions disposal and funding.

As a partner, you will of course also be expected to play a full role in the growth and development of the team, including supervision and coaching for junior lawyers.
