Highly successful firm in Surrey seeks an Employment Solicitor on a permanent basis due to expansion.

Our highly successful client is currently seeking an Employment Solicitor in both their Sutton and Banstead. The successful applicant will undertake a vast and rewarding caseload of employment matters.

• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination
• TUPE transfers
• Company policies and procedures
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Preparing tribunal cases

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of five years’ PQE
• Experience in all aspects of employment law is required
• Excel in communication skills both verbally and written
• Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively and confidently
