Job Details
For a commercial and residential property solicitor looking for a friendly but challenging local practice, this role could provide the perfect opportunity.
Due to strategic growth plans at this well run, multi-site practice, an opportunity has arisen for a commercial and residential property solicitor to join this North West London based law firm.
You will be part of a wider team, as their head office is based in the North of England.
You will be part of a close-knit team, handling a high-value, quality caseload on behalf of a range of clients in the London market.
To succeed in this application, you will:
- Be a UK qualified solicitor with 3 or more years' post qualification experience
- Have recent and relevant experience dealing with property transactions, both residential and commercial property i.e. sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages, lease extensions, transfer of equity, leases of shops and hotels
- Be ambitious, personable and have a client service level focus.
