Having previously worked with this large multi office private practice across a number of their roles in various offices, I am delighted to be assisting in finding suitable Commercial Property Solicitors for their Solihull offices.

This role benefits from a central location in Solihull, close to convenient commuter links, and wih abundant parking closeby. With a number of offices across the West Midlands, this firm are known for offering excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression, with support to all new recruits being available from a well established team across all offices.

For the current available position of Commercial Property Solicitor, the ideal candidate will come from a solid traditional private practice, and will preferably have between 0-5 years PQE. For NQ candidates, it is desirable that you will have completed a seat of your training contract in Commercial Property

Responsibilities:

You will advise on a range of commercial property issues and will act for landowners, property investors and landlords and tenants in commercial property and development matters
Working with sale and purchases of commercial premises and commercial landlord and/or tenant transactions. The successful candidate will have appropriate experience of working in a commercial property department as well as having a keen interest to be involved with related business development and client relationship management.

Applications from Solicitors with 0-5 years PQE are particularly welcomed, and candidates with Commercial Property knowledge are preferred.
