A highly regarded, top 200 law firm seek an experienced Solicitor to join their Legal 500 recognised Commercial Property Team based in Hertfordshire.
This is an attractive opportunity to join one of the firms largest and most profitable departments and work alongside recognised practitioners in the commercial and agricultural property field.
The successful applicant will manage and progress a broad caseload of high quality commercial property transactions to include acquisitions, disposals, leasing, refinancing and the sale/purchase of agricultural land.
You will work closely with the Commercial Property Partner and wider team to manage and progress transactions whilst providing an excellent level of client care.
You will be encouraged and supported to network within the local business community and subsequently develop new clients and business opportunities.
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with a minimum of one year PQE and be confident in handling a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions.
