Construction Associate

This innovative and dynamic firm are now looking for a Construction Lawyer to join their Birmingham office on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be dealing with a mixed caseload of construction matters, both contentious and non-contentious, acting for a range of household names.

The key duties of the role will include:

• Working closely with the partners to ensure the continued success of the team.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing them with excellent client care.
• Reviewing a variety of construction documents to include development and funding agreements, building contracts, professional team appointments and collateral warranties.
• Liaising with investment teams and external property lawyers with regards to homes and commercial and industrial units.
