An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join an award winning law firm in Derby.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving team who have managed to establish an excellent reputation for the quality of work it delivers in the market. Despite being based in Derby, the firm has a national reach with clients and has an impressive client base under its belt. The firm acts for a broad range of clients ranging from small SME's right through to large PLC's and National household names in many different sectors and it always aim to deliver a first class service.
The role will involve assisting the senior solicitors on a varying caseload consisting of corporate matters waiting for you upon arrival involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and much more. Over time you will have the chance to run your own caseload with supervision if needed.
For the right individual who demonstrates the capability and ambition, there are great career prospects that come with this role. Our client has a great support system in place for their employees and they will help you to progress in your career if you show interest in doing so. They are open minded about the level of experience the candidate needs, but ideally you will be at least 1years PQE and above.
