QED legal are inviting applications from commercial property solicitors who may be interested in roles in the Bury St Edmunds area.

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with commercial property matters as part of their current caseload including matters such as acquisitions and disposals, property finance, development work, lease matters and portfolio management. Any experience of company commercial work would be desirable but not essential.

It is expected that you will have the experience and confidence to work independently when required.

The firm have an excellent reputation for the quality of their work and are able to attract a regular flow of high quality work from a broad range of clients including sole traders, PLCs and high net worth individuals.

This role would suit a lawyer that is looking for good quality commercial work within a legal 500 firm and would enjoy working in a client centered environment away from the hustle and bustle of towns or cities.

The firm will offer a good salary which would be based on experience along with other great benefits within an extremely well respected firm that seeks to share its success with its staff.
