The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Construction Associate or Senior Associate into their Bury St Edmunds office

You will be responsible for servicing and developing your own regional client base, should you have a transferable portfolio, and be actively involved in assisting the Partners in the more technical aspects of their extensive client base. Therefore, you must be client facing and business development focused to increase their Construction offering throughout the Essex & East Anglia region, working closely with the other offices.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious Construction including: Experience of adjudication, arbitration and litigation, providing practical and commercial advice at an early stage where projects are in distress.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Construction Associate or Senior Associate 5 years PQE +
• You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
• Your own transferable client base is highly advantageous, but not essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base -you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
