The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Dispute Resolution Associate or Senior Associate into their Cambridge office.

The Dispute Resolution department is ranked in the Legal 500 for their work within this area, building an impressive reputation in the region. The firm are expanding at a fast rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the commercial team.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for developing your own client base, and managing your own caseload, working alongside the Partners on more complex and exciting disputes.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: Commercial Contracts, Director & Shareholder actions, Professional Negligence, Employee Disputes, Debt Recovery and Property Disputes

Requirements:

  • You will be a Dispute Resolution/ Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Associate with 5 years PQE +
  • You should have excellent technical knowledge of dispute resolution matters and experience with business development
  • You will deal with a high-quality caseload of contentious matters
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on your level of experience
