Job Details

Paralegal. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a law firm in Hampshire as part of their property litigation department dealing with landlord and tenant work. They require an experienced paralegal, with good contentious experience, to join a team which is one of the country`s leading providers of support, advice and claims handling within residential lettings, acting for legal expenses insurers and brokers, managing agents, corporate and private landlords and developers.
The successful paralegal must have the ability to handle a significant volume of landlord and tenant cases at all stages with, ideally, experience of estate agents, letting or litigation work in either a junior fee earning or administrative capacity. Requirements include a strong work ethic, have an excellent and confident telephone manner, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with minimum supervision. The role is commutable from Southampton Bishopstoke, Winchester, Eastleigh and Romsey.
