A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation solicitor (at senior associate level) to join their busy dispute resolution department in Manchester.
 
You will be joining an established and well regarded commercial litigation department of 9 lawyers with a great reputation in the market for the quality and variety of work they handle.

Your role will be to provide a first class service to clients by managing a broad caseload of commercial disputes to include litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

You will be working closely with an impressive partner and gain exposure to a broad mix of cases. In addition, you will undertake proactive marketing activities to raise the profile of the department.
 
You will be involved in a range of matters including public law disputes (judicial review and procurement litigation) contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence, injunctions, contentious insolvency matters and debt recovery. Some work may have an international focus.

You must be a qualified commercial litigation solicitor and will likely be an associate or senior associate with 5+ years' PQE gained within a recognised/Legal 500 department.

In addition, you will have excellent technical skills, strong client focus, enthusiasm and commercial awareness.
