Family SolicitorThis is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Family Solicitor to join the family team of this well-established law firm in their Coventry office.Our client has a team of specialist family lawyers who are members of Resolution, Family Law and Children Panels. They are committed to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way and offer a specialist service using collaborative family law for both parties to work together to reach a positive solution.You will be joining a busy, successful and friendly team which is split across the firm's offices and so you will enjoy a degree of autonomy in the Coventry office and work mainly unsupervised.The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload of predominantly privately funded matters to include divorce, dissolution of civil partnership, separation, financial resolution, private children matters, cohabitee disputes and agreements, collaborative family law and domestic violence.It is envisaged that this role would suit a Family Solicitor with ideally at least five years' PQE, however applications from more junior Solicitors with relevant experience will also be considered.
