If you are an ambitious junior commercial property solicitor wishing to kick start your career by joining a leading commercial property team with an award winning Legal 500 practice, then my client would like to hear from you!

The successful applicant will enjoy handling a high calibre commercial property caseload of the standard expected for a Legal 500-rated team and you will be joining one of the largest Real Estate groups in the UK.

You will be acting on behalf of an impressive range of clients to include commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers, banks and other funders.

Your high calibre caseload will be varied and will include investment and development matters, landlord and tenant and corporate support/co-Counsel work.

This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to experience a wide variety of work and exposure to a broad range of clients from different sectors.

The role would suit an enthusiastic commercial property solicitor who ideally has at least one year's PQE relevant commercial property experience, however applications from more junior candidates who feel that they have the required ability will also be considered.
