An opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigation solicitor with aspirations to work towards leading a team with a law firm that encourages career progression.
This forward-thinking north Dorset based Legal 500 law firm has a proven track record for success. The firm is looking to grow its successful Commercial Litigation Team in this key senior placement.
You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters in a role with high levels of autonomy, a collegiate working environment and the support of an experienced group of colleagues.
As a senior litigation solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation, acting on areas such as from general contractual, commercial disputes, professional negligence cases, property litigation, debt recovery, employment disputes and contentious probate disputes.
Your role as a senior litigation solicitor will involve:
- A varied quality caseload
- Clear career path from the outset and an opportunity to lead the team
- Being able to business develop in order to bring new clients in and build up your own caseload.
