This TOP 100 firm a full service offering in the South East regions as well as London. Operating from modern offices a short walk from the centre of Guildford this corporate team are well established and are looking to develop their business even further.

Their busy Corporate team operates from all of their offices, with core work being acquisition and sale of private companies, private equity, financing of private businesses and providing required client support. The team focus is building high quality corporate clients in the region, and being involved in as many of the key regional M&A and private equity deals as we can. Due to the size and profile of the firm work is sourced through existing clients as the firm does have a commercial focus at its heart. These clients work with the firm in the other commercial areas of the business.

The successful candidate will likely have between 2-5PQE and will be working in corporate already in Surrey, London or the surrounding area. A good all round experience in corporate for this role as is experience gained at a recognised firm for corporate.
