An experienced property litigation solicitor (4+ years' PQE) is required with aspirations to take that step up in your career with a law firm that encourages career progression. 
 
This leading Legal 100 law firm based in Southampton has a proven track record for success and is looking for a property litigation associate solicitor to join its successful Property Litigation Department.

In this role, you will be acting for a wide range of household-name corporates, investors and asset management companies, well-known retailers, residential landlords and individuals.
 
You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues (adverse possession, easements and title disputes). Sectors include retail and leisure, development, charities, government and banking.

The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.
 
Your role as a property litigation associate solicitor will involve:
