The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, 1-3 years PQE,into their Brighton, East Sussex office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation, and some experience with Insolvency matters. The team is experienced in handling damages claims, breach of contract disputes and contentious warranties matters. A nice element of this role will include being able to have exposure to different forms of Litigation across the various departments.

This role will include some cross fertilisation between Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Requirements

You will have experience in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and insolvency. You will be between 1-3 years PQE, with exposure in these matters.

• You should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individual
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• You will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
