Job Details
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an employment associate solicitor to join this top 10 law firm in the City of London.
You will be joining one of the largest employment teams in the City of London with dedicated employment lawyers across the globe.
The team provide the full range of assistance on employment issues from litigation to day-to-day advisory work, to managing project and transaction work both in the UK and across the world.
You will be advising on High Court disputes, particularly arising on team moves; the full suite of
employment tribunal claims including whistle-blowing and discrimination; disciplinary and grievance issues, terminations, redundancy programmes, business re-structuring and outsourcing.
The team assist with the drafting, development and implementation of employment contracts, employee handbooks and company policies. They also advise on working hours, TUPE, data protection issues, equal opportunities and all other workplace disputes.
