The Role

This regional heavyweight are seeking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate for their Cambridge office.

You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. The Property Litigation department has seen an increased workflow in recent months and under good leadership are looking to further expand the department.

The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.

With the firm's growth plans there is a real opportunity to progress, with the opportunity to work with some of East Anglia's leading specialist Partners in a varied role and high end client base.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate with 1 - 4 PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• You should have first class client service skills
• Salary is very competitive depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package on offer
