My client is a reputable, regional law firm, known for it's innovative, professional approach to delivering consistent legal services across a breadth of practice areas in the Midlands They now have a truly fantastic opportunity for a Senior Family Law Solicitor/ Associate to join their office in Halesowen. Salary competitive, dependent on experience.

You will join a busy, growing team, expected to provide high quality advice in relation to divorce and children matters with the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and to supervise and mentor junior fee earners within the team. The team work on a wide range of marital and family-related issues with an emphasis on Mid to High net worth clients and the resolution of their financial disputes. The chosen Family Associate will assist in playing active role to help drive business forward, offering a thorough and personable bespoke service.

My client has enjoyed substantial growth in terms of size, geographic spread and turnover in the past five years, and continues to build on its investment in people and places year on year.

The ideal Family Solicitor candidate will hold upwards of five years' be a strong communicator and be commercially aware. On top of this, it is expected the chosen Family Solicitor will be passionate about developing relationships with existing clients as well as developing new business.
