Court of Protection Solicitor (London)

Our client, a top legal 500 firm with offices across London are currently looking for a Court of Protection Solicitors to join their London offices.

You will be responsible for advising and supporting clients on all Court of Protection matters including managing/making decisions relating to property and financial affairs, preparing LPA’s, drafting applications to the Court of Protection, preparation of annual reports and billing and file management.

The successful candidate, will ideally, have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Court of Protection role with a high level of commercial awareness. You will have the ability to work as part of a team as well as be able to support the more junior staff members.
