This highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team based in Bristol. This is an award-winning firm with a progressive culture who will invest, train and value you at all levels. They have a traditional approach to conveyancing in the way they liaise with clients, however the team is very innovative and progressive with a real focus on quality and client care. Their client care is second to none, which has helped the firm to grow to become a highly successful and respected law firm. What you'll need to succeed
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and this role would suit a newly qualified or junior Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive, or someone who is studying towards their CILEx / CLC qualifications. You will ideally be confident handling a mixed residential caseload from initial instruction through to post completion and will be willing to assist with the development and continued growth of the property department. You will be able to demonstrate a polished approach to be able to confidently deal with High Net Worth clients and must be able to demonstrate an ability to work to the SRA's Skills Standards and to provide accurate, focused advice to clients.
