Immigration Caseworker

CRA Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading South Yorkshire law form for an experienced immigration fee earner to join their immigration department.

The firm are market leaders in immigration work and are recommended in both Chambers UK and the Legal 500.

The firm are seeking applications from either qualified or non qualified fee earners who have good experience across all areas of immigration law and casework. The particular focus for this role is on Human Rights applications, including for partners and children, EEA applications, Points-Based System applications including Tiers 1, 2 and 4 and Naturalisation applications.

OISC accreditation at Level 2 or 3 and/or Law Society IAAS Accreditation at Level 2 (Senior Caseworker) is preferable, but not essential.
