This Southampton-based role would suit either a regional lawyer or if you are looking to relocate out of the city but continue specialising in banking & finance law at a Tier 1 law firm.
This is a key placement for this Legal 100 international law firm who is expanding its Banking & Finance Team. The Banking & Finance Team acts for major banks, other financial institutions, borrowers and a number of commercial clients in the manufacturing, leisure, retail and healthcare sectors.
You will be providing a full range of advice on finance matters from asset, acquisition, project and property finance to restructurings and refinancing. This comes with a genuine opportunity to progress your career.
Your role as a banking & finance solicitor will involve:
