Seeking a hands-on and driven Residential Conveyancer in the Wiltshire area.

Our client is rapidly expanding and look to continue on an upward trajectory as they undergo a period of sustained growth, therefore now is an opportune moment to join the residential conveyancing department.

• Handling a full residential caseload
• Sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold
• Re-mortgages
• Shared ownership scheme
• Transfer of equity
• Acting for lenders
• New builds
• Providing cost estimates

The Candidate
• A qualified residential conveyancer, legal executive, paralegal or solicitor with at least one year’s experience in residential conveyancing matters
• Excellent technical and organisational skills with the ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Able to manage tight deadlines under pressure
• Keen to pursue business development initiatives
• Client care focused with excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
