A leading regional law firm in Clitheroe, East Lancashire is seeking an experienced contentious probate solicitor to join its growing Litigation Department. 
 
You will be joining an award-winning firm known for its excellent service and culture, who offer a friendly and professional working environment. 
 
Your role as the contentious probate solicitor will be to handle a mix of contentious trusts and probate matters. You will be expected to have a passion for litigation and dispute resolution regarding inheritance, trusts and probate. In addition, you will have involvement with the marketing/development of the department and attend networking events.
 
You must be a qualified contentious probate solicitor with 2+ years' PQE and be experienced in disputes arising from wills plus trusts and inheritance, together with 1975 Act claims. Non-contentious private client experience is desirable but not essential.
