Commercial Property Paralegal, In-House

A new In-House opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal with experience in Commercial Property in Manchester. Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months experience in this area.

Based in the City Centre, the business operates in the Telecomms sector and continues to grow - winning new business and making strategic acquisitions.

If you have experience to date in supporting Commercial Property Solicitors in transactions and day to day tasks including commercial leases, land registry applications and stamp duty returns then we would be interested in hearing from you. You will also have the opportunity to develop in other areas of law - e.g supporting the Legal team on Commercial contracts work. You will be working with an excellent, experienced Legal Counsel who will provide support and development in all areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious paralegals to work in-house and gain experience in 2 important areas of law, setting them up for their future career in Legal.
