The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing Tooting, London office.

The Commercial Property department is thriving, they are very busy and have had a real influx of high-quality work. You will deal with client including but not limited to property investors, developers, large corporations, public bodies, entrepreneurs and landlords.

The work will include deals ranging from £100,000 up to £10m so you will find yourself exposed to great breadth of work.

You will be at the forefront of this growing department, working alongside the Partner to further drive the department forwards, now is an exciting time to join in terms of growth and prospects attached to the role.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at 1-4 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE)
• You will have good experience of running your own caseload
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
