In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property files. Typical cases include sales, lettings, acquisitions, land assembly, infrastructure and development. You will also be tasked both with developing existing relationships and starting new ones with business development initiatives. 
 
To be considered for this commercial property opportunity, you will ideally already be a commercial property solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. Good contacts, business development skills and a following would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, cope under pressure and work to strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential as is managing expectation across a wide range of competing needs, together with a willingness to cover a variety of tasks and working outside core hours when required.
