Residential Conveyancer – This is an excellent opportunity to join a large national firm; based at their West Kent office. Our client is now looking to find a further experienced residential conveyancer to join their team.

About the Role
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with strong knowledge on all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
-        Freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
-        Deferred charges and equity releases
-        Registrations
-        Transfers of equity
-        Remortgages
-        Shared ownership

Candidate Requirements
-        4 years+ PQE
-        Strong knowledge on all matters of property transactions
-        Confident and able to work under pressure and use own initiative
-        Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts
