Job Details
There is a focus on civil fraud as well as warranty claims and shareholder actions. Most of the work is UK based but may involve overseas jurisdictions or the application of foreign laws in the UK.
This role provides an opportunity to become involved in a broad spectrum of cases including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, employment disputes that result in High Court litigation, civil fraud disputes and more general commercial litigation and international commercial arbitration.
The caseload is both varied and of high quality. Furthermore, you will act for a broad range of clients including well known global names.
