The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner to join their expanding team, based in Southampton

You will lead the department, working with the other Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The Commercial Property department deals with a broad range of clients, across several industry sectors, the level of variety will make for an interesting caseload. You will work individual property owners, investors, developers, retailers, industrial sites, lenders, landowners and affordable homes providers.

The caseload will include; Landlord and Tenant, Investment, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending and Corporate Support.

This role comes with good prospects and career development.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will be able to competently run a general Commercial Property caseload
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
