Your new company
Your new company is owned by one of the largest property developers within Asia, and has some of the highest profile projects within London with consistent growth. This company is one of the largest listed companies with a turnover in the region of $50 Billion and over 3000 employees worldwide. This company was created over a 100 years ago and is very well established within the market.
Your new role
You will advise and work on a day to day basis with all functions such as Projects, Cost Control, Marketing, HR and Finance on legal issues that arise from the groups operations and functions. You will be tasked with drafting and and reviewing tenancy agreements, contracts and reviewing leases whilst also advising on regulations and laws around these types of agreements. You will also regularly be drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements across the business. You will also be handling the companies acquisition/disposal transactions, also be assisting with corporate restructuring, and any litigation proceedings, whilst also assisting on sale of properties and financing matters. You will also be in consistent contact with government bodies and external counsel.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified lawyer or qualified in another common law jurisdiction with around 2-5 years PQE but will accept applications from candidates outside this specification. Ideally you will either have experience from a top ranked law firm or have in-house experience.
