They are regularly involved in varied, interesting and challenging work including handling large portfolio projects for which expert project management by our lawyers is essential. We work closely with colleagues in property litigation and supporting colleagues in the corporate department.

The firm wish to strengthen the team through recruiting a solicitor of senior associate level with over five years post-qualification experience to join us in Cardiff to support and lead colleagues in our general commercial property practice.

These are: public sector (including Welsh Government, local government and other public bodies); developers; major occupiers; real estate finance, education; social housing; restructuring; and construction, energy and projects.

You must have excellent financial management skills and at all times meet required professional standards.
