Job Details

Opportunity to work at a national Legal 500 listed law firm and carry your own caseload of law volume Personal Injury matters mainly consisting of EL/PL with some exposure to RTA claims. You will need to have gained at least 2 years' experience of managing your own matters and have litigation experience.

The work in place will predominantly consist of fast track claims however there will be the opportunity to deal with multi track matters, if your files are allocated to multi track. There is a fully litigated caseload in place, with both Paralegal and Secretarial assistance. You will be dealing with a low volume caseload, as this firm focus on the quality and not quantity of work that is produced.

You will be forming part of small team however will have a key role as you will still be working closely with an existing Partner & Head of Department.

This role with suit both qualified and non-qualified fee earners as well as experienced Paralegals, provided you have 2 years' litigation experience.
