A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a well established, multi-office law firm in Essex

This multi - office traditional law firm have a great reputation for the work that they do. They are highly regarded in the region and cover a wide range of disciplines to include Residential Property, Private Client and Litigation. They are well established and have been providing professional advice for decades across both the Essex and Suffolk region.

Their lawyer's provide a personable service and are highly responsive, aiming to achieve the best possible outcome for their clients. They work with a variety of clients from local businesses to national organisations.

Their teams work collaboratively and there is a supportive environment and culture within the firm as a whole.

Due to their success and organic growth they are expanded their Residential Property department and are on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team of specialist lawyers

You will be at least two years PQE up to a more senior level and have experience in managing your own Residential Property matters. The work will be interesting and varied and will consist of matters to include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds. There is also the opportunity to get involved in Commercial work.

You will be actively involved in business developing and networking in the area; working alongside local estate agents and servicing local clients.

This firm are going through rapid expansion plans and this is a very exciting and unusual opportunity that doesn't come up often.
