Innovative law firm is seeking an experienced Property Enfranchisement Specialist Lawyer for its office located in South Yorkshire.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilful Property Enfranchisement Specialist Lawyer to join a vibrant practice in Sheffield. The successful candidate will support the continued development of the enfranchisement team within the residential conveyancing department and work closely with the property litigation department within business legal services.

• Enfranchisement law
• Acquisition and disposals of freeholds
• Lease extensions
• Right to manage claims
• Leasehold flats and houses

The Candidate
• Expertise in enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967
• Ability to provide excellent client service in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines is essential
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Taking a proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
