Commercial Property Solicitor - A law firm based in Southampton require a talented commercial property solicitor with 1 to 4 years' pqe to join their thriving Commercial Property team.

The successful commercial property solicitor will be handling a full range of commercial property matters including preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation and generally advising on landlord and tenant issues. The work will involve advising on the acquisition and disposal of land (including agricultural land), the acquisition of sites for development including preparing estate documentation and plot sales, including drafting contracts, lock out agreements, options and conditional contracts and overage agreements and general planning advice.

A strong academic background is required. salary dependent upon experience.
