Conveyancing Assistant - A Conveyancing Assistant is required to join a small residential conveyancing department in the Portsmouth area. The Conveyancing Assistant will join a conveyancing team which is part of an established private practice law firm which is owner managed.
The Conveyancing Assistant duties
This is an opportunity to support the residential fee earner with their residential conveyancing caseload and will involve dealing with all the aspect post exchange. The duties will involve providing administration, file preparation after exchange, completion day procedural work, stamp duty submission, HM Land registration and other post completion tasks.
Experience and Qualifications
The role will likely suit a legal secretary or conveyancing assistant with previous office experience is essential.
Salary dependent upon experience.
