Job Details
An In-House Commercial Paralegal is required to join a global PLC market leading medical testing company located within just five minutes of central Newcastle with free parking on site!
This global PLC manufacture and distribute medical diagnostic products. Quite simply not an opportunity to be missed if you are currently a Commercial Paralegal with good academics and good experience behind you.
Both full time and part time applicants will be considered. Commercial paralegals with both in-house and private practice experience will be considered on an equal footing.
Role
-You will work directly alongside Legal Counsel who is a commercial specialist and you will work on a one to one basis with them therefore gaining fantastic and unrivalled training and exposure to commercial matters.
-Your commercial exposure will be varied and you will on a day to day basis draft, negotiate and amend multi-jurisdictional complex commercial contract, assist with commercial disputes and work on high profile and high value contracts.
-You may also be exposed to some intellectual property matters.
Experience
-It is essential you have strong academics throughout your educational career.
-You must have upwards of six months experience as a commercial paralegal either in-house or within private practice.
-You will possess a strong work ethic and have a great personality. The legal counsel and other legal professionals within this global PLC are really down to earth and friendly and looking for a paralegal that can add to their great work environment.
