Legal Assistant - Residential Property/Conveyancing

Full Time (Part Time may be considered)

My client is a large regional law firm that is ranked in the Legal Top 200 and has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their Residential Property team in Swansea.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within this highly regarded and professional team.

The key responsibilities are;

- To deal with caseloads of sale/purchase/remortgage of both freehold and leasehold properties with supervision.
- To ensure all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept fully informed on progress and on costs.
- To achieve agreed financial targets, both in respect of fees and the recording of chargeable and non chargeable time.

The ideal candidate will be a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with 12 months property experience.
