My client is a well established law firm with strong roots in its local community and an excellent reputation for the quality of its legal advice.
An opportunity now exists for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take on an existing caseload of work. You will be a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least three years experience advising on all aspects of Residential Conveyancing work.
This is traditional residential conveyancing not volume and you will be used to giving a quality service to your clients from initial instruction through to completion. The work will include the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity etc.
With strong communication skills, you will also enjoy forging strong relationships with local estate agents and lenders and getting involved in business development activities.
