If you are an ambitious restructuring & insolvency solicitor looking for the next step in your career then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. My client, a top 100 law firm with multiple offices across the UK, is looking to expand its central London office.
 
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of insolvency matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including:
  • Corporate insolvency
  • Directors duties
  • Personal insolvency
  • Turnaround and refinancing
The team represent a broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, specialised lenders, directors and debtors.
 
As a restructuring & insolvency solicitor, you will have good academics and a solid technical understanding of restructuring & insolvency law with experience of working within a highly regarded London firm.
