Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive

A leading Legal 500 listed traditional practice is continuing to expand its residential property offering and is now eager to appoint an additional residential conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancing practitioner to the firms' Residential Conveyancing Team and be based at the firms' modern and vibrant office in the market town of Nuneaton.

This firm is one of the largest within Coventry and the surrounding locality and has a number of offices within the region. It offers the full range of legal services to both individuals and commercial entities and is renowned for providing high calibre, expert advice. The firm continuously invests in technology to tailor its approach to the needs of its long-standing clients and continues to invest in its staff to ensure constant professional development.

Following the appointment of a very experienced conveyancing solicitor, the team is eager to grow the Coventry offering with the hire of a qualified residential property fee earner who can work alongside the senior solicitor and enjoy very good training and development prospects. The firm is open to speaking with those who are at NQ level through to those with around 3 years' PQE of the conveyancing sector. You will be well versed in dealing with sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold matters and dealing with registered and unregistered land. It would be advantageous if you were to be experienced in title checking although this is by no means a pre-requisite as you will be able to gain these skills within the role.

You will handle your own, small caseload of straight forward conveyancing transactions whilst at the same time assist on more complex residential property matters so, as long as you are driven, ambitious and enthusiastic about forging a career in the conveyancing sector, you will be able to gain a host of new skills quite quickly.

The firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package and also the opportunity to participate in a number of social outings organised by the firm. The practice provides a supportive and collaborative environment and every 3 months the management team host a lunch to update all members of staff as to the workings of the firm and to welcome suggestions as to how the firm can improve, so this is a practice that is very much aware of the importance of employee engagement.

This is a very good opportunity for those who are looking for a career offering stability, a variety of work and the opportunity to progress as the team grows further whilst at the same time allowing you to develop into a skilled conveyancer so for more information on this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
