Job Details

Commercial Property Solicitor - Southampton region £38000 - £55000

A Traditional firm based in a picturesque market town.

An excellent regional firm with heritage spanning the centuries with several offices at locations across Hampshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

The role would suit an individual with at least 3 years PQE, a self starter, an established solicitor / legal exec who is comfortable and competent in running their own caseload of commercial property matters. The work is as you would expect from an established High Street firm in a rural town. Therefore you should be able to deal with a broad range of matters including, sale and purchase, lease renewals, landlord / tenant, some development work, commercial mortgages / finance and knowledge of agricultural matters in particular would also be viewed as highly desirable.

This isn't a 'hard nosed commercial firm', they're a very friendly group of professionals and the firm is very much one of community focus. Client care is of the utmost importance as is the desire to establish yourself locally and play an integral role at the firm in their continuation of great service to the region. So if you're keen to role your sleeves up and genuinely engage with the established and valued clients as well as keen to develop new opportunities this could be a position you could develop and make your own.

With the office location a short train journey away from Southampton or and easy drive in the car this represents perhaps a more pleasant commute in the morning and would also make a great destination to relocate to in the longer term providing a better work / life balance in the longer term.
