The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE to join their Flourishing City of London office.

You will be joining their successful Real Estate Investor team that advise on non-contentious landlord and tenant law, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals (including portfolio transactions), development work (including forward funding deals) and a wide range of property matters for investors and occupiers.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• Experienced in Real Estate Investment is essential
• You will have an excellent eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills are required
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
